When you run, you're a runner. When you're a runner, sooner or later, you wear out your running shoes. Sometimes it's easy to find a box in a running shop or leisure centre to pop your old shoes into, safe in the knowledge that they'll be taken care of in a responsible way.
But, as we found with this task, the facilities don't always exist nearby. We all managed to recycle our old running shoes, but we also helped to jog (see what i did there?!) the memories of those who support our running in the shops and centres where we go for support.
Keep on recycling, keep on jogging, keep on running!
