Slow and steady wins the vaccine race!
3 GoodGymers made their way to help their local community in Windsor and Maidenhead.
- Sunday, 6th of June 2021
- Led by Jess Smith
Jess, Sani and Rich spent the afternoon at the vaccine clinic in Maidenhead. Rich was firstly tasked with directing patients to the nurses and then got to enjoy some sunshine welcoming them into the centre. Sani and Jess were paired together and firstly were checking the patients in on the computer and handing out the information leaflets. The second part of the clinic saw them wiping chairs and dishing out hand sanitizer as the grateful patients made their way back out into the sun! It was a slow affair with just 351 patients coming through. This left plenty of time for catching up, some dancing and of course a tea break!!
