Small but perfectly farmed
8 GoodGymers made their way 5.0km to help their local community in Tower Hamlets.

- Led by Laura Williams
Unfazed, or possibly undistracted, by the unexpectedly warm weather, eight of Tower Hamlets' finest GoodGymmers visited Stepney City Farm for another session of compost turning and shifting. In half an hour, 4 of us each moved several wheelbarrows of hay and compost to the large compost pile at the back of the farm, while the others had good upper body workouts by shovelling and turning the compost.
We finished up with some speed work at Mile End Park, doing 15 second easy, 15 second steady and 15 second fast and repeating until we reached the canal, at which point we jogged back to base.
