Spring at the Farm
13 GoodGymers made their way 6.0km to help their local community in Tower Hamlets.

13 GoodGym runners met up at the Town Hall Hotel in Tower Hamlets for the first run of 'spring'. In baltic conditions more suited to December or January we did a series of short warm up exercises from the comfort of or hotel suite before hitting the roads for the 2.5km run down to the farm.
With a smaller group we pushed the paced a bit on the way down, gathering together at pedestrian crossings and arrived warmer and redder of face to the gates of the farm. A big composting job faced us and whilst Anna and Sofia got stuck in shovelling compost into wheelbarrows the remaining 11 runners ran with it all up to the other side of the farm.
After 35 minutes of hard work we headed about out for some team based running through Mile End Park to include some hill sprints before heading at a slower pace back to base to stretch and head home. Well done all!
