Sweating at the Sweat Fest

After meeting up with the Sweat Fitness crew, we gathered all the bits and pieces for the festival Setting up the gazebo, TRX mats, tables and chairs Then a quick coffee break before the TRX A-frame was built Much lifting and testing and the festival was ready to roll!
