Tick, Tock, It's Dave O'clock!
2 GoodGymers made their way to help an isolated older person in Wandsworth.
- Saturday, 6th of April 2019
It's not everyday you have two GoodGym Mission runners doing a mission together with the same name, but that's what exactly happened. After introducing each other with the easiest name to remember we got cracking on. Ms Y's clock needed the time changing and battery replaced so whilst I popped into the toilet I returned with Dave M already completing the task. Unfortunately for the second task there was no compost to change and repot two White Lilly plants and a Flamingo plant so instead Dave E gave them a trim removing any dead looking leaves. With Ms Y keen to take advantage of our help in other tasks we were directed into her small back garden where we removed some weeds. As her first time experience with GoodGym she was already planning more jobs to get more friendly runners over to help her out in some other physical chores. Overall we left a good impression of GoodGym on her and the tale of the Two Dave's ended there. Until next time.........
