Visiting St Andrews Youth Club
1 GoodGymer made their way 2km to help their local community in Westminster.

12 GoodGymers ran their way from the Heptagon Capital building 3.5k through 3 Royal Parks to St Andrew's Youth club to experience a mini club day.
Great to have the Heptagon Capital crew in full force as we ran the longer route through Hyde, Green and St James's Park on our way down to the oldest Youth club in the World: St Andrews.
We started by meeting the staff as they prepared for a busy Tuesday night of activities for the local young people.
Stanley gave a tour of the facilities that over two hundred different 4-18 year olds use each week as well as gym which is open access for everyone.
It was great to hear about some of the history of the Club, and its journey from opening its doors in 1866 to the present day.
The team had a good time playing games; interacting with the young club members as they played board games, pool, table tennis, computer games and doing arts and crafts projects.
Intense games of chess, table football and table tennis kicked off, while we learned about the motor racing competitions and the building E- bike projects that are currently running.
Hope you enjoyed your visit, and hopefully get you working a bit more on your next time to the Club!
