Water way to spend a Monday
5 GoodGymers made their way to help the Slough Borough Council Neighbourhood Services in Slough.

So much going on today! We had a mini fitness session which might, just might leave you feeling sore tomorrow followed by a watering of sapling trees task and a litter pick!
So to start lets talk about the fitness!
We had swings and lifts and slams and halos plus ladders and all types of fancy skipping by Nimi
We did 4 sets in total of 30-60 seconds on with 30 seconds rest of 5 different exercises.
Slamming the med ball seemed to be a firm favourite especially when you use it to rid your frustrations of the day.
After the fitness we split into 2 groups to do our good deeds!
Nimi and Kam went off on a watering task whilst Sandy, Pam and I went off to litter pick the car park.
Great work everyone
