The rain held off at the start when Jess and Sophie ran to Amy's but those pesky weather conditions soon caught up with us, but we just had to dill with it!
We then ran together to meet Claire, Diya, Kanika and Juli at the Braywick nature centre.
Amy briefed us on the evening's tasks which mainly involved planting potted flowers and herbs into hanging baskets and a flower bed, removing old plants and some firewood sawing/transporting.
We set to work and chief gardeners Juli, Claire, Jess, Diya and Kanika made sure everything was looking in mint condition by the end.
Amy wheely wanted to be on wheelbarrow duty and Sophie saw potential in the firewood chopping task.
Thistle cheer you up
It didn't take long for Jess and Sophie to feel the cold so Amy led a mini HIIT session with The Police accompanying us; a jump squat every thyme you heard "Roxanne".... you woodn't believe how many thymes it was sung!
Amy finished the night off by running home whilst the others opted for warmer conditions, but we were all rooting for you Amy!
