Lucy, Manuel and Mel were back at Naomi House Jack's Place today. After signing in, we had a chat with Manager Simon about today's tasks, when he also let slip that he and his partner got married 2 weeks ago! How did we not know about this? With much oohing and aahing, and after looking at some photos taken at Titchfield Abbey on a beautiful sunny day, a great photo venue, we thought we'd better make a start! Today we were hanging and sizing ladies tops which were a mixture of summer tops, warmer jumpers and some smart jackets that could easily pass as wedding guest attire. We ran out of size 12 markers so Lucy retrieved a huge basket of mixed markers from the Till area and started to sort and re-stock. After a short time, we had plenty to work with so it was back to hanging for Lucy. Moving from tops to skirts and then on to trousers, we worked quickly through the stock and left empty rails and boxes by the session end. Simon once again showed his appreciation of what we'd achieved and how much more gets sold when new stock is wheeled out!
