7 GoodGymers made their way to help the Luton Borough Council Parks and Countryside in Luton.

Sign o' the Town
A Goodgym signwhiting team of 7 mustered to begin the evening with a run from town up the kilometre Climb of Joy to Stockwood Park. We made our way to the nearby gateway Welcome to Luton sign, to deal with a fresh crop of thistles growing well in the summer sunshine and about to go to seed. The invaders were hand (in glove) weeded and the sharpness of the signage restored. With evening rays to spare, our cleanup crew continued with a little light litter picking along the park perimeter and a gentle jog back down a gentler hill to town.
