A fabulous fun morning supporting the YMCA! Lots of festive costumes, some festive tunes (and of course YMCA for the warm up!) and money raised for a great local cause.
Karen and Maurice came along for this task to help as marshals and to close down the event afterwards so no trace was left in the park.

We always enjoy an annual dose of supporting the Crewe & Nantwich Round Table and this year was no exception. We were lucky that the weather stayed dry and that we got to meet lots of excited people - young and old! What a beautiful tradition for the community. Some people have been enjoying their visits from Santa for over 50 years!!!Thank you and well done to everyone involved. It’s a lovely thing to be part of 🎄🎅

The first cold junior parkrun of winter! 5 wonderful GoodGymmers braved the cold to help put this fabulous event on for 116 juniors and their families. Emily as barcode scanner, Claire, Nigel and Karen as marshals, Maurice as timekeeper and all pitching in with event close down made it another slick and successful event!

Halloween is always one of our favourite events at junior parkrun, and this year didn't disappoint! Claire, Karen, Emily and Maurice helped make the spookiness happen today, carrying out lots of roles - course check, set up, run director, tail walker, timekeeper, marshal, event close down and results processor! The costumes were great and the juniors had so much fun. 122 juniors took part, an amazing turn out for the start of half term.

Its always great to support our local parkrun, and even though we were small in numbers (one GoodGymer to be precise) we were still big in impact. Karen was Run Director today, and was in the park early to check the course, meet the volunteers for event set up, put cones out and set up the speaker before the event briefing started. Once the event was underway it was lovely to chat to volunteers and keep an eye on the finish funnel to help with processing the results later. 329 people were able to take part in this lovely community event.

A fab evening sowing wild flower seeds and and general weeding in an overgrown ally in Crewe.
Kat, Hazel, Maurice & Nicola did a grand job of tidying.
