The famous five Goodgymers were feeling the ‘lurve’today for their Valentines Day task.

Today they made their way up and down the streets off of Narborough Road delivering leaflets for AGE UK. Dave was the navigator and bag carrier.

Great to have Steve join today . The five finished off with a nice coffee and hot chocolate to help them warm up .

Well done to the Goodgym members who tackled the wind for a flyering time in Whiteway.

We delivered leaflets on behalf of AgeUk to notify the residents of the services provided during this difficult time.

We may not have had enough flyers, but we certainly had enough runners! Odd Down is now thoroughly inforned about Age UK's programs.

Four runners covered most of Foxhill in the dark, handing out Age UK leaflets. Come and join us next week as we hand out leaflets in Odd Down.

Goodgym Bath returned to some flyering for Age UK, this time in the Odd Hill area, perfect for those of us which wanted to tackle a big hill before the task!!

Due to some interesting navigational directions, we managed to clock quite a few kms in a short amount of time! We managed to get every flyer posted! The flyer was an information leaflet about the financial and support services Age UK offer and hopefully it will increase awareness in Bath areas where support is needed.

As always, lovely to mix up a little bit of running with posting through letterboxes. Thanks to everyone who came along especially in very hot conditions. I think there may of been an ice cream award for that run task.

Well Goodgym were out in force flyering for Age UK in Weston, Bath. The flyer was an information leaflet about the financial and support services Age UK offers and they are keen to increase awareness in Bath areas where support maybe needed. With 5 of us, we were able to make good progress flyering certain streets in Weston. We quickly ran out of flyers!

It was lovely to mix up a little bit of running with posting through letterboxes. Thanks to everyone who came along.
