It was the day after #RN24 & there was an awful lot of packing away to do. Firstly, sorting everything into piles of the same items, boxing up, labelling then numbers logged on the main spreadsheet . 4hours later, our work was done!

A solo mission today, helping out the Community Sports Foundation with their pre Run Norwich event.

The CSF stall was outside the front of the forum, offering some activities for families to take part in. There was colouring in, very popular inflatables and free face painting, which all proved very popular. Several Good Gymers popped by for their race numbers ahead of the big day on Sunday.

It was a good morning at Carrow Road, largely spent organsing pre printed race signs from years previously and building flags ready for distribution on the race route tomorrow.

We also had some fun tasks preparing the CSF shop ready for the expo over the weekend.

Sarah Ward and I volunteered at Run Norwich 2019.  I had a fantastic time giving out beers to the 6198 finishers and by the looks of things 18 goodgymers also had a lovely time running the 10k. Sarah was responsible for looking after the runners bags at 'bag drop' nobody went home with the wrong bag, so she did a great job. All the runners did great considering the route is difficult with some getting amazing PB's. I'm looking forward to next year's race.
