Today, there were a lot of toys to sort through, organise, clean up and pop into order! Goodgym helped get coats, snowsuits, hats and wellies out for the little ones during this cold wet winter!
Monday 19th January

Charlotte Smith completed 25 good deeds with GoodGym.
Charlotte has already done 25 good deeds with GoodGym. Instead of doing anything else, they've used their run to go and help people that need their help; digging, lifting, scraping, clearing, planting and weeding. Stuff that makes this a better place to be.

A group of Goodgymers donated their pre-loved items to different local charities. Thanks all for participating in this task :)!

This afternoon, we were kept busy completing various tasks at The Hive. Firstly we cleaned a cupboard in The Honeypot of items, to go to other charities, which was then cleaned.
Next jobs, we split up into 2 teams. Rachel and Charlotte cleaned and tidied The Hive while myself and Sabir painted over the graffiti in the disabled toilet. After a welcomed cup of tea signs were put up on the door of The Hive.

Great to see another big number of GoodGymers get out there in the wind & rain, and tackle the ever-present rubbish in their local areas.
While some (like Sheila, Rachel & Diya) did it as a group, some went out in pair with their pets, and many did solo picks in places which needed it most.
GoodGym tasks are fun together but this format has given people a lot of flexibility, because of which we have larger coverage and a lot less litter on our streets. Win Win!

A trash-tastic DIY mission to do a bit of good to our local environment, wherever we may be. Thanks for all those who got out there and battled storm Goretti to get the job done!

We kicked off the year by helping re-open Growbaby’s doors after the festive closure. Many donations to sort and distribute - winter hats, coats and gloves dished out to ease the burden of the winter! We certainly saw it, said it and sorted it to the max! Great session!
