A magnificent seven volunteers from GoodGym gathered at the Phoenix Cinema in London to participate in the delivery of parcels from the charity North London Hope. The event involved running from the cinema to a nearby estate to relay parcels and deliver them into the letterboxes of people in the community. Thanks to Helen and her team from North London hope for organising the event for us to help. It was really good fun and well received by 'most people' on the estate! (well there’s always one grinch lol)

We finished the task in good time, and on the way back, did some further cross training exercises, including curb steps and squat kicks in pairs. In the end we did over 4 km running!

This was the last event of the year, and some of us celebrated with a chat and a hot chocolate after. ( I know very rock ‘n’ roll!)
