Joshua Kerridge has done their first good deed with GoodGym.
Joshua is a now a fully fledged GoodGym runner. They've just run to do good for the first time. They are out there making amazing things happen and getting fit at the same time.

Tonight 12 GoodGymer's ran or cycled 6km to Norwich Foodbank to help pack donations.
It was a cold night so everyone kept busy by splitting into groups to form a GoodGym production line - beginning with unpacking boxes of mash & juice, placing the items in plastic crates, taking the crates to be weighed before piling up crates in a corner of the warehouse.
At the same time another group broke down the left over plastic and cardboard, and pushed it on trolley to the recycling area.
In the midst of it all we had Joshua attending his 1st Good Deed, and founding member Steven celebrating his 400th with a special balloon!!
After 45 minutes the task was complete so we headed out into the cold to return home.
