Without the help of Michael, Fiona and Flo, Cardiff junior parkrun would have been in dire straits on Sunday.
It was all thanks to the wonderful volunteers who came forward to help out at Cardiff junior parkrun event # 462 on Sunday. ❤️🦺🦸♂️🦸♀️🦺❤️
There was one junior earning their Ultra/50 wristband, and two juniors earning their half marathon wristbands. Well done all! 👏🏼💪🏻👏🏼💪🏻👏🏼💪🏻
Here are some more numbers from the day. Two of the run directors got some pretty impressive volunteer stats, 250 volunteer credit and 200 volunteer credits. Finally, one of the regular volunteers achieved her 150th volunteer credit. 😮🏅😮🏆😮🏅😮
There were 138 juniors taking part, 26 of those were first timers, and 32 achieved a new PB time. Awesome! ⏱️🆕️⏱️🆕️⏱️
