Another smooth shift
4 GoodGymers made their way to help the Brunel Primary Care Network in Portsmouth.

Friday morning shift at the vaccination clinic.... plenty of volunteers from Portsmouth Hive and 4 of us from GoodGym - Tracy, John, Paul & me.
Tracy was the walkie-talkie queen today, with John also in the church. Paul was at the car park for most of the shift, but then joined me at the back door of the church for the last 2 hours.
Nothing eventful to report, but a pizza delivery brightened up the morning. And I did a spot of litter-picking in the car park and from the bushes cut back by Paul & John.
I had the same bossy effect on a male customer this week as I had last week. My advice to 'Mind the step!' was mis-heard as 'Stand on the step!' So as I marched off across the car park, I turned to see the obedient man standing passively on the step, waiting for his next instruction! I must learn to articulate more clearly!
Most exciting moment of the day - seeing Sarah turn up for her shift - first time I'd seen her in at least 2 months!
