This afternoon I set off to collect the food surplus from Sainsbury's and Aldi's and after having very little to collect last week I was pleasantly surprised by the bounteous haul we received this week. In fact the whole boot of my hubby's Range Rover was full to bursting and we had extra produce on the seats, including a great number of eggs. We were pleased to drop this off at High Town Baptist Church ready to be turned into a three course meal for the Foodcycle Guests later in the day.
