We met up at Court Lane School - off of our usual Island (which was the furthest north Maxine had ever run)!
After signing in, meeting Katie's sister and walking through a memory lane of miniature desks and chairs (hard to imagine being that little again) we made it to the backyard courtyard for some winter preparation painting.
With a couple of other helping hands we managed to finish off the cladding, with only some (a lot) of paint on ourselves! And the people who worked there were ever so grateful, took some photos and told us they were going to mention GoodGym in their next newsletter!
Together we made it back onto Portsea Island without getting lost - the only minor mishap was the winds attempting to take Angela's new Half Marathon PB hat! :)
