Head over wheels for our January challenge
13 GoodGymers made their way 4.0km to help the Chelmsford Council in Chelmsford.

13 GoodGymers ventured out for litter picking on a freezing evening
We headed to one of Chelmsford's usual litter hotspots, armed with 11 litter pickers (thanks to Fay, Sallyann, and Jess for carrying) and only one bag...oops.
Jess did an excellent job of being the sole bag carrier, running around to get everyones collections. After a successful start filling the bag, David and Joe had the great idea to empty it into a bin, allowing us to collect EVEN MORE litter.
Everyone was starting to feel a bit cold and looked like they might want to go home, until Rich emerged from the bushes with a one pedalled bike, surely our most valuable find so far! (Even with the missing pedal!)
We're big fans of a prop, so we posed for a slightly yobby looking photo before jogging back to get home in the warmth. We're hoping the power of Facebook may reunite the bike and it's owner after posting it's location on a local community group.
Thanks everyone for brightening up a chilly Wednesday! This takes us over 2/3 of our January task target, and hopefully close to halfway for our distance!
See you next week,
Laurie
