It's a family affair
2 GoodGymers made their way to help the Brunel Primary Care Network in Portsmouth.

This afternoon's shift at the vaccination centre was this mother and son double act. Alfie realised that his CV would look a lot cooler if he could include volunteering in the Covid response. And anyway, it was the only way to stop his mother nagging!
I got the opportunity to play with the traffic again, out in the car park, while Alfie had thermometer duties - choosing whether to use the ear or the forehead thermometer, based on whether patients had long or short hair or were wearing earphones.
The time whizzed along, helped by tea and donuts and closing time at 6pm.
