Light work leads to bright smiles

It was quick and easy to fit new bathroom and kitchen light bulbs for Mr R and his wife because they had everything ready beforehand, including a sturdy step ladder. M R, who is disabled, was able to give me instructions for removing the fiddly fittings so soon the lights were shining brightly and there was time for a friendly chat, leaving everyone smiling about a job well done.
