3 GoodGymers made their way to help the St George's Harbour Church and Portsmouth Residents and Visitors in Portsmouth.

3 Goodgymers helped the foodbank pack up in very quick time so they could have a team social and hear the feedback from the recent Trussell Trust roadshow. It was sobering to hear about the levels of poverty and hardship in our city but heartening to hear the ways in which people are planning to help.
