On Tuesday evening, five GoodGymers returned to What If?, the ideas cafĆ© in Edgeley, to lend a splash of colour to a set of childrenās toys.
With paintbrushes in hand, they worked together to refresh the toys in time for a special party taking place on Sunday 21st September.
As if that wasnāt enough, the group even squeezed in time to finish off painting the outside railings in a bright red. This was a job they had started many months ago but had been rained off before completing.
The session was filled with teamwork and creativity, and thanks to the volunteersā efforts both the toys and the railings are now looking fresh and ready to welcome children and families at the upcoming event.

Five GoodGymers rolled up their sleeves at Edgeley Community Church to tackle the weeds and tidy up the outdoor space.
Check out the egg which Hazel found in the undergrowth!
Armed with gloves, trowels, and plenty of energy, they worked together to clear paths, borders, and green areas, making the outside look much more welcoming.
The effort not only brightened up the church grounds but also created a more inviting space for everyone in the community to enjoy.
A big thank you to the team for their hard work and community spirit! š±āØ

Jamie Emerson completed 25 good deeds with GoodGym.
Jamie has already done 25 good deeds with GoodGym. Instead of doing anything else, they've used their run to go and help people that need their help; digging, lifting, scraping, clearing, planting and weeding. Stuff that makes this a better place to be.

Stockportās creative future is looking brighter ā literally! Tonight, five GoodGymers rolled up their sleeves (and maybe a few paint-splattered cuffs) to help transform Grit Studiosā newest space, recently acquired from Stockport Council, into a welcoming hub for community art projects.
Armed with rollers, brushes, and boundless enthusiasm, the team brought fresh white colour and energy to the walls, turning a once-empty building into a space brimming with possibility.
Between brush strokes, ideas flowed for exhibitions, workshops, and creative collaborations that will soon fill the rooms.
This new home will be a place where artists, residents, and curious visitors can come together to make, share, and celebrate art in all its forms.
Grit Studios is hugely grateful to the volunteers whose hard work has painted the first strokes in this exciting new chapter for Stockportās creative community.
