Definitely was a case of dodging the rain showers today. Mr A was very grateful for his shopping as it had been a bad couple of days. We had a lovely chat about the word “rigamarole”, not a word often heard nowadays. Mr A makes shopping very easy as he’s always on the ball with his list and it’s very clear about what he wants which makes it so much easier.

Great morning for doing some shopping. Clear and crisp. Mr A hadn’t had a good night so it was nice to think he wouldn’t have to get out for shopping. The request for Rice Krispies made me smile, the only cereal I’ve ever been able to eat is Rice Krispies! Mr A was pleased to have all his shopping done so he could rest.

Ms K had her shopping list ready and she went through everything she liked, I prefer this. We exchanged views on good quality foods and cooking. Spent a bit of time wondering who is the chef that makes Fish pies as recommended by her friend. Eventually remembered Charlie Bingham. Returned with shopping and put as much as possible in the fridge. Finished off with making a cup of tea😀

Mrs. M, was a lovely lovely lady. Everything was clearly set out for me but it was clear she was in a lot of discomfort so it was great to be able to get her prescription and things that she needed. After i completed the shopping and prescription collection, we had a great chat going to arrange topics but we both shared the love of reading. I’m going to try one of her recommendations a classic from the 1800s. It was great to meet Mrs. M.
