I marshalled at Eaton Junior Parkrun, where there was a good turnout as usual. The park looked lovely in its autumn colours and it was a good day for a run. The sun even appeared briefly.

Tonight's session was fueled by cookies and donuts, leftover from yesterday's Blickling Half Marathon.
A big welcome to Chloe and Victoria who were completing their first GoodGym deed, and to Kameron for taking part in his first Group Run.

EPIC photo of Jonathan with his donut/cookie burger (two cookies with a donut wedged in the middle).

We had a last minute change of task but it still an amazing evening.

20 of us (plus some extra locals) visited Wild Lakenham to help clear and cut back an overgrown public pathway.

I marshalled at Eaton Junior Parkrun. There was a good turn out of young runners, and it is also great to see some really young volunteers joining in. Today that included two tail walkers.
