Hook, Line and Anchor
8 GoodGymers made their way to help the Adur Worthing Council and Adur Worthing Council in Worthing.

After the wind and rain of last week, Worthing enjoyed a window of 2 gloriously sunny warm days. Incredible ( and more than a little worrying) to think that its mid November!
In advance of the fitness session we all went on a beach clean from Splashpoint to the Lido. With the recent high winds and seas there was some strange debris washed up and quite a few dead fish too.
Great turn out today!
It was good to see Craig back together with my regulars including Daisy Barbara(/v3/profile/sue-acaster) SarahPaul and Gillybean.
After around 30 minutes we all headed back to the start point for some fitness - I think its fair to say that Daisy was a little reluctant and eagerly anticipating her coffee afterwards :)
For th fitness session there is a separate report

I love the concept of getting physically and mentally fit whilst combining it with helping others. I run most days.
