Taff trail trash

Running along the River Taff, Nathan spotted washed up bottles and debris that he couldn't ignore. He headed down to the river side and collected more rubbish than he bargained for. Shoes, nerf bullets and deodorant cans joined the usual cans and bottles in a bin bag, and he also collected a traffic cone, water cannister and broken chair. Upper body usually gets neglected during RED January, but not today, as he hauled the rubbish up the river bank, through the playing fields to the nearest bin by the Cathedral

Nathan left his RJ16 run late, and must've looked odd running the streets at 10 30 pm. He looked even odder when he whipped out a bin bag and started collecting rubbish.

Nathan thought he was doing a great job clearing broken umbrellas, work boots and abandoned rucksacks from the bushes. The mouse he startled and potentially kicked out of home was not quite so pleased.

Another day, another dog walk, another bag full of rubbish (well, two smaller bags dumped into one larger one!). This time - similar numbers of plastic bottles etc but some personal items thrown in as well. A muddy glove, a hair band and sock. Will I find the other glove and sock next time?

Wyndham wombling

On my morning wander around Canton I spotted a densely littered corner in a car park near Wyndham Crescent and the main shopping area. So I returned later that day to make a start on clearing it up. I'd soon filled two bags as the evening descended, and with the light fading I went for a nice cuppa to warm up a bit.
