Our first visit to Eastney junior parkrun this year was a pretty special one - Mini GGer Alice reached her 100 run milestone, and received a special wristband. Well done, Alice!

John, Vicki and Dave cheered the runners from their marshal spots, whilst Aoife and our latest Mini GGer, Aida, patrolled the course. Lucy turned her hand to barcode scanning, and did a super job!

Thank you to everyone who came down to help out a Juniors this morning, it is always lovely to have the GoodGymers join our ranks!

John, Aoife and our youngest recruit kept everyone in check as the Team Tailwalk - they had to get a bit of a step on as all the kids were in top form today!

Vicki kept everyone motivated at her marshal spot, whilst Dave was super-focused as one of our Timekeepers.

Title is nothing to do with junior parkrun, but thank you to John and Vicki for passing on your old strimmer to us! Reusing and recycling is definitely the GoodGym way!

Lorna expanded her gate marshaling range as far as Gate 3, whilst John watched over the suspicious changing rooms and Vicki took up her favourite spot at the Magic Roundabout. A slightly hungover Dave managed to keep up with his timekeeping duties.

Thanks to Lorna, Nia and Dave for helping fill the volunteer roster for my RD Shift today. The other Run Directors are always jealous of the GoodGym support!

Lorna and Nia took on marshalling duties, whilst Dave helped out at the end with barcode scanning. We celebrated seven first-timers to Eastney and eight new PBs in our field of 47 runners so an epic morning!

Thanks for helping out, and if anyone wants to come along next week I am RD again!

Dave did a super job keeping the kiddos in line as Funnel Manager whilst Angela and Laura kept everyone on the right path as marshals. Mini GGer Jack did a super job helping his mum marshal, and being chief cone collector and organiser at the end! Abby certainly got her steps in as a Tailwalker this morning!
