3 GoodGymmers helped support the Menphy's charity with their leafletting the local area close to their Charity shop on Latimer Street.
Stu ran to the task and by the looks of him when he arrived, very fast! Dawn walked to her lift to the task.
We were super speedy with terraced houses but did have quite a walk from the charity shop, covering over 3 miles in total, fantastic efforts both pleased you could join in today.

11 Goodgymmers came to share their Christmas Spirit by helping to wrap christmas presents for children and young people with disabilities at Menphys. There were over 600 presents generously donated and we also a Christmas tree to arrange, luckily Elf Kim stepped straight up to the challenge of untangling the Christmas lights, which has to be everyone's least favourite Xmas job!
All the elfies got stuck in, working together as always, spreading their Christmas cheer whilst eating mince pies and listening to Christmas tunes.
Great to see Dawn and Meena again for their 2nd group session, fantastic when new members come back for more!
Wrapping today was 10/10 at the speed of light and before we knew it huge piles of wrapped presents surrounded us and the tree was up with twinkling lights and a star on the top.
Weldone team fantastic efforts all round, there's going to be some very happy kids on Christmas morning.

Four Goodgymers returned to Menphys Latimer Steet, to continue the leaflet drops around the Westend area to raise awareness of the shop.
After a quick chat with the friendly ladies in the shop, run leader Nick, Jimmy, Tracey and Gwyn set off with the route map in hand, to test their navigation skills.
Tracy and Gwyn made easy work posting the flyers through the 🐊 snappy letter boxes with their wooden spoons and Nick and Jimmy managed to keep all their fingers as we completed the task in the allotted time.
As a reward for our good deed we treated ourselves to a chocolate icecream🍦 as we made the way back to the shop.
The sun was still shining as we set off on our way home, Tracy and Gwyn completing the second half of their 'not parkrun' adding another to their already substancial total 👍

5 Goodgymmers helped deliver Menphys leaflets with a voucher code. Stu was lucky today he kept getting the doors of flats with many letterboxes, and then Jimmy too. No wonder those two were flying through their bundle of leaflets.
Fantastic to see so many on a lovely autumn day, me and Jimmy both cycled to and from the task making the most of this weather. I used the Leicester Bike Park at the town hall, great place where you can be sure your bike is safe.

Guess who came today?
It was super Stu again!
More of an Autumn day today, the 2 of us where out to help Menphys Charity by leafletting the houses around their charity shop on Latimer Street to try and increase the number of people visiting their charity shop. The leaflet includes a 10% off purchases.
Stu took on one side of the road whilst I tackled the other, I'm sure he was racing, we were flying through them. The walking did us both good, Stu had ran 8 miles progression run this morning picking us his pace towards the end. I had done a hilly 10 miles the day before. Just what we needed and we had a laugh as always too, weldone Stu.
