3 GoodGymmers took care of the Women’s Aid garden in Abbey Park, giving their garden a seasonal weed and tidy, we've visited through all the seasons now.
We enjoyed a leisurely walk to the garden then back again with a tour of Pets Corner afterwards to see what animals we could find, alot less bunnies than there used to be.
Good luck to Nick running Round Sheffield tomorrow, a beautiful half marathon trail run, enjoy.

7 GoodGymmers headed to Abbey Park Pets Corner on a lovely sunny day. Jimmy cycled there and Mel ran a hills session before the session.
Today's task was tidying and weeding the Womans Aid Leicester Reflective Garden, at Easter they hide eggs in the garden for kids to find so it is nice for the garden to be tidy.
We chatted about who was visiting which parkrun's at the weekend, Jimmy and Stu staying local and everyone else being parkrun tourists.
Just as Stu said where's our robin today he appeared to sing us a song before leaving. Weldone everyone great pics Mel and Nick, great morning.

6 Good Gymmers made their way to Abbey Park, including our newest member Caroline! Hope you enjoyed your 1st GG task, was great to have you with us.
We marched to the Womans Aid bench carrying our tools to the Reflective Garden. Straight into action we cleared all the leaves, pulled out thistles and trimmed down the lemon thyme and mint. Jimmy even cleared the path leading to the garden for an added bonus. With a turnover of the soil the garden was looking ready for the Womans Aid event to plant their bulbs. We all stood still to honour 2 minutes silence then celebrated Jimmy's 70th birthday early with cake! Happy Birthday JimmyJimmy! Weldone all superwork!
