Chairs stacked, crockery washed, tables folded. And the mystery of the disappearing bin unfolded. Rob reappeared with the culprit having emptied it outside. Resulting in the question: Where you bin?

Another busy session at the food bank. 18 parcels were given out and a whole host of people enjoyed the cafe offerings, including home made chicken soup and cakes.

Today was another fairly quiet day at the All Saints foodbank. Midway saw Richard do a bit of housekeeping with the Henry Hoover (photo opportunity missed unfortunately!) . Today's cake of the day was Banana and Coconut (sampled 😋) . The unloved cans of Bamboo Shoots (sliced) , and Tofu Chunks (in water) made an appearance on the swaps table again. It's a mystery why nobody wants them. 🤔🤭 Anyone got any recipes?

The food crates were well prepared early on by Richard this morning in what turned out to be a fairly chilled morning at the foodbank. Rob and myself were making up the toiletry packs and Lucy covered the weigh in table. We missed Pat today as she is out of action with a broken bone, hopefully she is back on the mend now, get well soon Pat! x
Fiona was on the front desk processing the tickets and, in separate news, was sporting a sign with Ramsay Street on it to promote awareness that the TV series neighbours is tragically drawing to a close, and that there is a petition to sign if you are fan! Who knew? Not me! Fiona has the details..

Our slightly rambunctious evening got off to a chaotic start with a game of catch in the Community Centre car park and an accompanying sandwich filling survey.
We then headed over to the Pantry for a bit more painting. After splitting into teams - Sanding, Emulsion, Gloss and ORANGE - everyone ended up hopping between tasks.
Some of our more mature GGers learnt some new terminology, whilst we all had a little trip down Memory Lane to Telly Tubby Land. Judy also showed us some very trendy dance moves. With some of us getting a touch paintier than others (check out Katie's legs in the squad photo), it was certainly a bonkers evening.
