We were back at the soon-to-be Fratton Pantry HQ this evening to continue our scrubbing up efforts of a few weeks ago.
Nia got the kitchen sink sparkling, whilst Sammy's toilet scrubbing skills were back in action. Harry remembered their mum's advice to never forget to clean the skirting boards and Dave's mopping resulted in quite a few photo-bombs!
Lucy and Katie started off with what seemed like a simple task - getting the rubbish from the front window display into bin bags - but soon became some form of torture when they uncovered a ludicrous amount of teeny tiny plastic beads which refused to be swept up and then insisted on breaking holes in the bin bags they were in.
We ended the evening with trying out some new TikTok videos - keep an eye on our social media to see our silliness in action!

We turned up en masse for our task at Spark this evening, with running, walking and cycling groups heading over.
Charla had a list of jobs for us to do, from cleaning the kitchen, taking down shelves, sorting donations and washing windows.
Laura and Jane were excited to test out the steamers on the glass work, whilst Aoife took Henry Hoover on an incredible journey around the whole Spark Space!
Lucy took charge of ripping down curtains, whilst Ellie and Dave were on their knees scrubbing stains out of the carpets.
Becky from Spark spotted all of the GoodGymers arriving on the security cameras and headed down to help Charla supervise us - "It was a like a swarm of ants arriving!!" was my favourite quote of the night!
Look out for another Group Run coming up at Spark - Becky and Charla have a massive clothes sorting task for us and promise the opportunity of a GoodGym fashion show after!

We had a slightly different task for our Group Run this evening - GoodGymers transformed into Santa's Little Elves and escorted the big man himself on a Sleigh Ride around Baffins.
Our task was to knock on doors to let local families know Santa was on his way and hand out sweets, as well as offering a bucket for donations for Baffins Pond Association. The local community were incredibly generous and so many families came out to see the magic.
It was lovely to be part of something so very magical - even for a Grinch like me!
